We ship from San Miguel de Allende, MX via Fedex Priority and sometimes then by way of our Seattle office via USPS. You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships. Please note that even with our shipping discounts, international shipping is more expensive and takes more time. We really appreciate your understanding.
Shipping starts at $24.95 for jewelry and $69.95 for framed paintings & votive holder sets, each additional item increases the shipping $1-$10 depending on size & packing needs. Additional charges will be applied for expedited & international orders, please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org.Jewelry that ships Fedex International Priority from our Mexico studio arrives in 2-3 days. Art ships fedex international economy and arrives within 10 days to 2 weeks. In most cases, shipping includes customs clearance.
On very rare occasions, your shipment may incur additional customs charges. Please note this is at the whim of the border agent and we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your pieces. We accept returns of regular priced items within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. Jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition to ensure an exchange. Your original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please pack your pieces carefully in a box and insure the return as well. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. To request a return please email us at email@example.com.

In the rare event you receive your items damaged, return claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt and will be repaired or replaced if need be. Full refund will be given if the item cannot be replaced.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased & are subject to the retailer's individual return policy.
All pieces are subject to availability. We try our hardest to keep our online boutique up to date, but occasionally may sell out of a item before we're able to update it. We'll notify you within 5 business days if this occurs & hopefully help find a replacement. If not, you will be refunded in the same manner of payment.
