Handmade is worth the wait!

Our jewelry and art pieces are handmade to order, please allow 3-6 weeks to receive your order. If this exceeds your timeline, please email us at river@riversongjewelry.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

While we create your pieces in our magical San Miguel de Allende studio, we ship all items from our Seattle showroom. You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

We are a small studio and as the makers of your pieces, we handle your orders with the utmost care. Shipping starts at $20.95 for jewelry and $30.95 for folk art, with each additional item increasing shipping costs depending on size, volume & packaging.

We want you to love your pieces. We accept returns of regular priced items within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. Jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition to ensure an exchange. Your original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please pack your pieces carefully in a box and insure the return as well. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. To request a return please email us at river@riversongjewelry.com.

Sale & Custom Order Items are non-returnable & non-refundable.

In the rare event you receive your items damaged, return claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt and will be repaired or replaced if need be. Full refund will be given if the item cannot be replaced.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased & are subject to the retailer's individual return policy.
