Each piece of River Song jewelry is handmade to order, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. For rush orders please email us at river@riversongjewelry.com.

All pieces are subject to availability. We try our hardest to keep our online boutique up to date, but occasionally may sell out of a item before we're able to update it. We'll notify you within 5 business days if this occurs & hopefully help find a replacement. If not, you will be refunded in the same manner of payment.

Handmade is worth the wait!

Our jewelry and art pieces are handmade to order, please allow 3-6 weeks to receive your order. If this exceeds your timeline, please email us at river@riversongjewelry.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

While we create your pieces in our magical San Miguel de Allende studio, we ship all items from our Seattle showroom. You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

We are a small studio and as the makers of your pieces, we handle your orders with the utmost care. Shipping starts at $20.95 for jewelry and $30.95 for folk art, with each additional item increasing shipping costs depending on size, volume & packaging.

We want you to love your pieces. We accept returns of regular priced jewelry within 7 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. Jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition to ensure an exchange. Your original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Please pack your pieces carefully in a box and insure the return as well. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit. To request a return please email us at river@riversongjewelry.com.

In the rare event you receive your items damaged, return claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt and will be repaired or replaced if need be. Full refund will be given if the item cannot be replaced.

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased & are subject to the retailer's individual return policy.

Our jewelry is handmade, so please wear with care. To preserve the integrity of your jewelry, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, sleeping, swimming and before heavy workouts. Beaded necklaces store best laying flat and in soft angles. When traveling, wrap them individually to prevent stretching and tangling.

Many gemstones and pearls are sensitive to cleansers, heat & light. Please store your pieces in a clean, dry place and away from direct sunlight. To clean, use a mild detergent solution and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Do not scrub or use abrasive polishing compounds.

Our 24 karat gold over sterling silver talismans & components are designed to form a time-worn patina. Even with gentle wear the sterling silver may be revealed and mix with the gold to look like an antique heirloom. For those who want the forever look of gold, we suggest purchasing pieces from our 14k gold collection. Oxidized sterling silver pieces may also brighten with wear.
